If we believe that no two people are alike, why do we settle for a one-size-fits-all approach to our health? Whether it is our diet, exercise, or health care, no two people should settle for the same recommendations. As a wellness coach, my advice is based off you, as an individual.
Most of us are aware that we should eat a little better and exercise a little more, but we just don’t know where to start. Our lives can be so hectic these days that little changes can seem awfully intimidating and difficult to incorporate into our lives. I will help you set short and long term goals, set up action plans, monitor progress in goal attainment, and develop strategies to utilize your strengths most effectively. This is accomplished by gathering information such as your health history, a systems survey, and by conducting a diagnostic examination to help determine your specific health needs. Based on the information gathered, I can recommend tailored dietary protocols specifically designed for you as well as exercises/stretches that will benefit your overall health and wellness.
